The Iniquity of the Fathers
I do not believe that we have anything to worry about the sins of our fathers presenting an obstacle to our own moral development. If we are raised in the Word (meaning if our fathers and mothers read the Bible to us regularly and took us to a Bible believing church every Sunday), then there is anything to fear whatsoever. Rather, we need to fear solely our own attitude, our own propensity to sin and our pride, out potential to refuse the offer of Christ, to repent and believer on Him. This should be our sole concern.
